Become a vendor

All the information on being a vendor at one of our markets

WELCOME TO THE 2026 MARKET SEASON

We have migrated to a completely online booking/billing/payment system.

Midwest and White Plains vendors will be able to apply beginning March 9.

Vendors applying to our Lisle Food Truck Social or Ravinia Food Truck
markets will be able to apply beginning March 16.

Vendors will first need to create their vendor profile online.

This profile is where you will control your bookings throughout the season (adding dates/cancelling dates/automatic payments).

Once your profile is complete you will move to the “Markets” page in your profile.

On the Market page, you must select and book each market individually and you will be billed for each market individually.

Once your request has been reviewed, you will receive an email with the status of your booking at which time you can go to your profile and review your bookings on the Booking tab.

If you request and are approved for 4 or less days at a marketYour payment method will automatically be billed for those days. If you are booking more than 4 daysIf you have requested and are approved for more than 4 dates at a market, we calculate the payment plan which takes into account the number of dates, first date booked, last date booked and end date of the season and we compute a payment plan to span this period.

If your payment method fails, you will receive an email notifying you. If it fails 3 times you will lose the remainder of dates in your bookings.

You will be able to manage your bookings and update your payment method on this tab.

At this time you should review the market Information tabs below and begin to plan your market season.
